Position Title | Project Manager (J103) | Reports to | Account Manager | Position Description | · Lead customer delivery projects to international Telecom carriers, working with the customer's project/product managers and engineering. · Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. · Internal Management of customer deliveries; Working closely with R&D & QA teams. · Creating customer project plans, internal work plans · Documentation: writing customer SOWs, internal MRDs, Release documentation. · Intensive position, dealing with several customers, projects and internal resources at the same time. | Background & Experience | Requirements: · Customer Management - Sets and manages client expectations, Manages day-to-day client interaction · Technical Understanding - mobile / cellular background, experience with mobile applications, fast learner · Teamwork - Great human relations, ability to lead and motivate internal teams. · Personality - high motivation, multi tasking capabilities, efficient and well organized work methodologies. · Communication - Excellent English - speech & writing Experience: · At least 2 years experience as a project/product manager in a software company · International experience · Advantage: experience with mobile client products, VOIP and Unified Communication. | Education | BSc in computer Science or Industrial management engineering |
