  Raanan Cohen - CEO

  Raanan founded the company in 2004 and has led the company from concept to execution, and capital acquisition. Prior to MobileMax, Raanan served in various sales and development management positions with companies such as Seabridge, Broadserve and Cash-U. Raanan holds a BA in Accounting and Business.

  Raanan is married and the father of twin girls and a boy. He is addicted to sports with several marathons & triathlons behind him Currently training toward his first Ironman.

  Gaddi Menahem - CTO

  Gaddi joined the company in 2004 during the company’s establishment phase and has played a major role in penetrating the market. Prior to MobileMax, Gaddi served as Senior Manager at Cash-U holding both technical and product management roles. Gaddi holds an MBA from INSEAD, France.

  Gaddi is married and the father of 2. He enjoys extreme sports including kite-surfing, snowboarding & poker.

  Itay Link - CFO

  Itay has been a member of the MobileMax management team since 2006. Itay brought with him ten years of solid financial management experience from companies including B-One, TeraCross, RadGuard and Arthur Andersen. Itay has a BA in Accounting and Economics and an MA in Law. He is a licensed Israeli CPA.  

  Itay is married and the father of 2.  In his spare time he enjoys studying foreign economies and exchanges as well as running.

  Perry Nalevka - VP Global Business Development

  Perry joined in 2007 to initiate the company's Global business development strategy and implementation.  Perry brings 15 years of experience in software sales and implementation with Tier 1 carriers and Fotune 500 companies.  Prior to MobileMax Perry held various sales and product management positions at Reged (a Fiserv company NASDAQ: FISV). Perry holds a BA from Bar-Ilan.  

  When Perry is not traveling the world talking to customers and partners he can be found spending time with his family.  Hobbies include going to the beach, playing squash, hiking and reading books.
